Grading

Please understand that all pins are handmade, so it's possible they're not all flawless. Grading depends on the batch delivered to me, naturally if the whole batch stinks I'll be aiming for remakes as I want to guarantee everyone gets the best looking pins as possible.

When ordering, please be aware what the grading stands for.

• A grade: The best of the batch, may be flawless or have as little flaws as possible.
• B grade: Will have flaws but will not be noticeable from afar and will only be noticeable by looking for the flaws.
• C grade: Flaws will be noticeable without looking for them.

Pins that are heavily flawed will not be sold

Returns

Returns will be looked at on a case to case basis, you can message me with questions you have. Due to the amount shipping costs internationally, sometimes a refund isn't a possible but a discount or partial discount might be. 

Pre-order refunds

By buying a pre-order pin you understand that the costs will be used to fund the pins, therefore I cannot refund you on your pre-order during the production time. If it turns out something's wrong with your pin once you receive it, please check above.
